Die wasservermalbaren Acrylfarben besitzen die höchste Lichtechtheit (ca. 200 Jahre lichtecht bei Museumsbeleuchtung, ASTM-Klasse I) - Ausnahme sind die Farbnummern 267, 268, 318, 398, 623 mit guter Lichtechtheit. Die Farben sind ausgezeichnet zur Dekorretusche und -ergänzung geeignet. Sie haften sehr gut sowohl auf der Oberfläche der ausgehärteten Ergänzungsmasse als auch auf glasigen Oberflächen von Ausstellungsobjekten und sind auch lasierend vermalbar. Die Retusche erfolgt grundsätzlich vor dem Auftrag der KOREST Kunstharzglasur - also "unterglasur" und ist somit geschützt.
